Troubleshooting

Start with the message shown by Glider Ramp. It identifies whether the next step concerns pricing, the amount, your wallet or an existing transaction.

No quote appears

Check both networks, both assets and the amount. If Get live quote is shown, request it. Other routes can quote automatically after the inputs are ready. Follow any request for a source wallet or destination address. If a retry countdown appears, allow it to finish before trying again.

A quote appears but the swap is unavailable

A live quote can be returned below the route’s execution minimum. Check the minimum, balance and network messages. Connecting a wallet does not remove those requirements.

Balance unavailable

This means Glider Ramp has not obtained a usable balance reading. It is not a confirmed zero balance. Check the wallet connection and source network, and allow delayed network reads to finish.

Wallet open, application disconnected

Look for an outstanding prompt in the wallet, then use Connect once. For supported desktop browser wallets, Connect can attempt to re-establish an existing authorised connection. Follow any wallet prompts if the normal connection flow is needed. An open wallet does not necessarily mean Glider Ramp is connected.

Wrong or missing network

Compare the selected source network with your wallet’s active network and follow the displayed guidance. A mobile connection created before a network was supported may need a user-initiated disconnect and reconnection to update its approved networks. Check pending transactions first.

Quote or destination changed

Review the refreshed output and fees. Changing the amount, pair or recipient can require a new quote. Confirm the destination network and address again before approving.

Transaction pending

Check whether a source transaction hash exists and whether that transaction has confirmed. Then check the route status and destination record. A delay is not proof of failure. Do not repeat the swap merely because Glider Ramp has not reached completion.

Access unavailable

Follow the availability message shown by Glider Ramp. Access restrictions, temporary route conditions and an unavailable asset pair are different conditions. Changing an amount will not resolve an access restriction.

Information for support

If you contact Glider Labs, include the networks, assets, approximate amount, time, exact message and transaction hash if one exists. Never send private keys, recovery phrases or wallet approval codes.
